This is another one of those "so close to making the gem mark" pairs of Akoya pearls. Even more difficult to source than pearls in the 8mm range, these 9-9.5mm are a true "buy them once" statement piece. As referenced to the grading examples for Moline Akoya pearls, this pair is somewhere above AAA but not quite at gem.
